Oberseminar/Research Seminar Data Management and Semantic Web

The Research Seminar (german: "Oberseminar") is a forum for research-oriented presentations. It does not directy yield ECTS credits, neither there are exams in it.

Nevertheless, it is part of several ECTS-carrying activities: presentations and discussions of BSCs/MSc thesis works, project works (MSc), some MSc seminar talks, MSc lab discussions contribute to it, as well as presentations and discussions of PhD work and previews of conference and meeting presentations of DBIS research, and some invited guest talks.

There is no regular date/room, but depending on the topic, events are integrated parts of other teaching activities, rather ad-hoc scheduled small-audience meetings, or publicly announced colloquium talks.
